Why It's a Blend

Three origins, one balanced cup: Brazil and Peru bring body, Ethiopia brings a touch of brightness. It's built to work as espresso, but flexible enough for drip or pour-over too.

How to Brew It

True to its name, this one's happy as espresso, but it holds up just as well through a drip machine or Chemex if that's your daily setup.

Before You Brew

If pulling as espresso, expect a rounder, less acidic shot than a single-origin espresso; that's the blend doing its job.
